HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP

Both Sweet & Savory.

. . . with a kick of heat!

INGREDIENTS

  • Colossal Shrimp (or any preferred size)

  • Cooked White Jasmine Rice

  • Sesame Oil

  • Condiments: fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, crushed hot pepper (for heat)

  • Minced Garlic and shallots.

Directions:

Heat pan on medium. Add sesame oil. Sautee shallots and then garlic. Add fish sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Season with sea salt, crushed black pepper and. crushed pepper for heat. Stir until the sauce thickens. Turn the heat on low and add shrimp to cook thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Prepare rice in. a bowl and plat shrimp from pan to bowl. Garnish with chopped scallions, and voila!
